We had two numbers. One state of plumbing and an SU isn't exactly a 5-star hotel. Room cleaning. Animation.

I really liked the hotel. It was well fed. Two pools, five minutes to the beach. Beautiful and well maintained area. Friendly and welcoming staff, almost everyone speaks Russian. Excellent Wi-Fi in the whole area and even on the beach. Remained very happy with the stay, we will recommend to friends!
No slippers or bathrobes in the room.

the hotel exceeded my expectations during our stay in Sunny Beach. The rooms were great, staff friendly, and the location ideal with easy access to the beach and nearby bars, restaurants, and shops. The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the entertainment team, especially Rado, made our stay unforgettable. The hotel's taxi cab service also made getting around safe and convenient.
